Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime / accounting software.
Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
Handle GST accounting and basic GST compliance.
Assist in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
Handle TDS entries, calculations and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
Coordinate with clients for pending accounting documents and information.
Assist in Income Tax Return, Tax Audit and other compliance work.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Perform any other accounting and compliance work assigned by seniors.

Required Skills




Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Positive accounting fundamentals.
Ability to reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Valuable communication and client coordination skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent accounting qualification.

Experience: Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
