Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Dialysis Technician to assist in providing protected and effective dialysis treatment to patients under the supervision of nephrologists and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment.
Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor them throughout the procedure.
Check and maintain dialysis equipment before and after each session.
Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities immediately.
Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly.
Ensure proper preparation and disposal of dialysis-related materials.
Maintain accurate patient treatment and dialysis records.
Assist doctors and nurses during dialysis procedures.
Handle emergencies during dialysis and provide immediate assistance as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dialysis unit.
Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and departmental protocols.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology
Candidates with relevant clinical experience are preferred.
