We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a Cambridge International (CAIE) school in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the academic and overall operations of the school.
Oversee the implementation of the CAIE curriculum and assessment processes.
Support, mentor, and develop teachers and staff.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Maintain robust relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and school policies.
Drive school improvement initiatives and promote a positive school culture.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; B.Ed. preferred.
Robust experience in Cambridge/CAIE schools.
Previous experience in a senior leadership or Principal role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
