Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing sales, solid communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.).
Handle client calls and presentations confidently.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in BDM / Sales in the Digital Marketing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
