About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Performance Marketer who loves experimenting, analyzing data, and turning marketing campaigns into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
Identify current growth opportunities and experiment with creative marketing strategies.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.




Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Passion for digital marketing, growth, experimentation, and learning.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Good understanding of funnels, lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.
