Grooms Vault is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales Staff member to join our team and assist customers in choosing the right outfits for their weddings and special occasions.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their outfit requirements
Assist customers in selecting suits, tuxedos, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, Jodhpuri suits and accessories
Explain outfit options, rental packages, pricing and booking details
Help customers with size selection and fitting
Coordinate with the back-store and QC team to arrange required outfits
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and in-store visits
Follow up with customers regarding bookings, fittings, collections and deliveries
Maintain proper customer records and booking details




Ensure a smooth and qualified customer experience
Support daily store operations and maintain the showroom
Achieve individual and store sales targets

Requirements
Freshers are welcome
Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Presentable and confident personality
Willingness to learn about men's fashion and styling
Responsible, punctual and hardworking
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred
Basic computer and WhatsApp skills are an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
