Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong understanding of trade promotion management processes and their application within Salesforce environments.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
Experience in configuring Salesforce applications to optimize business workflows and enhance user experience.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce platforms.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
