We are hiring a Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our MG Road, Kochi site. The ideal candidate will manage in office workers, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and labor teams
Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement
Liaise with engineers, architects, and contractors
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
Resolve on-site issues
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
1+ years of experience in construction site supervision
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Valuable communication and team management skills
Familiarity with Kochi/local site conditions preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
