Hiring Skill Development Trainer – Electrical & Electronics

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Electrical & Electronics professional to join our Center of Excellence at VTU, Belagavi. The role involves training and mentoring students through practical learning, lab sessions, and industry-aligned skill development.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver practical training in Electrical & Electronics concepts and applications
Conduct lab sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and project guidance
Mentor students in skill development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Support industry-relevant learning aligned with curriculum and standards
Assist in assessments, evaluations, and certification activities
Maintain lab equipment, tools, and safety compliance




Coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and training stakeholders
Contribute to student engagement, performance improvement, and skill outcomes

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Positive communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Ability to guide students with hands-on learning and projects
Location: Belagavi
