Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–4years of relevant experience in the Power, Energy, Electrical Infrastructure, EPC, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy sectors. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and project-related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with taxation, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
Record and process vendor invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow requirements.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing.
Handle project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and expense tracking for power and infrastructure projects.
Monitor vendor advances, retention money, security deposits, and contractor payments.




Maintain fixed asset registers and capitalization records.
Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Assist in budget monitoring and project cost analysis.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of accounting experience in the Power, Energy, EPC, Electrical Infrastructure, Renewable Energy Sectors.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and basic taxation.
Experience in project accounting and contractor/vendor payment processing will be preferred.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Solid analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
Good communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
