As a Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Cow2Home, I support the company's growth by managing digital marketing activities, generating sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
Create engaging content, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to strengthen the Cow2Home brand.
Manage and respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and the website.
Qualify and convert leads into milk subscriptions and product sales.
Coordinate customer onboarding, subscriptions, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and sales results, and prepare performance reports.




Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely service and effective customer communication.
Support promotional events, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Identify current sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.
