Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Manager – Sales to lead the sales team and drive business growth for immigration and overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the immigration sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Handle client consultations and convert leads into successful applications.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.
Generate recent leads through various channels and maintain robust client relationships.
Train and guide sales executives on immigration products and processes.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with counselling and processing teams for smooth application handling.




Stay updated on immigration programs, visa categories, and market trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in immigration, overseas education, or related sales.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of immigration/visa services.
Target-oriented with solid client-handling skills.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
