Spenta Casting & Production House is a leading casting and production company in Pune, connecting talented artists with exciting prospects across films, TV, digital media, and brand campaigns. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates, artists, and clients.
Explain job opportunities, auditions, and company services.
Schedule interviews and auditions.
Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate information.
Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Coordinate with the recruitment and production teams.
Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (preferred).
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
