Job Summary

Frontier Store is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Counter Salesman to provide excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting products, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products based on their requirements.
Explain product pricing, offers, and promotions.
Process billing accurately using the POS system and handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
Maintain product displays, shelves, and the sales counter in a clean and organized manner.
Ensure products are properly stocked and report low stock to the Store Manager.
Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging new stock.
Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally as per store policy.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer service and upselling.
Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Follow company policies related to store operations, safety, and customer service.




Support the team during stock audits and promotional events.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.
0–2 years of experience in retail or counter sales. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems is an advantage.

Working Hours
10.5 hour shift (including break)
