Job Description – F&B; Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and agile F&B; Assistant Manager for a hospital restaurant/cafeteria operation. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hospitals, cafeterias, restaurants, or institutional catering.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily food & beverage operations smoothly and efficiently
Supervise restaurant/cafeteria staff and maintain discipline
Ensure quality food service, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Handle customer queries and ensure patient/visitor satisfaction
Monitor stock, inventory, and vendor coordination
Support billing, reporting, and shift management activities
Ensure compliance with food safety and hospital standards





Requirements
2–4 years of experience in F&B; operations
Experience in hospital restaurant/cafeteria preferred
Valuable communication and team management skills
Ability to handle shifts and operational responsibilities
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
