Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/customers, understanding their learning requirements, explaining suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs.
Explain course features, benefits, fees, career opportunities, and enrollment process.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments/admissions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic/admissions team for smooth enrollment.
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA candidates can be considered.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, or EdTech preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
