The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role includes managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, visitor management, and providing administrative support to the HR and Administration departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company.
Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and other correspondence.
Coordinate with the housekeeping and security teams for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the reception area.
Maintain updated contact lists for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing employee events or company functions when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable appearance and a polite, customer-oriented attitude.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Work Conditions:
Work location: Manufacturing unit / plant office.
Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
