We are looking for an experienced Kerala Cuisine Chef who can prepare authentic Kerala and South Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare a wide range of authentic Kerala dishes.Make soft and flaky Kerala porotta.Prepare chicken curry, beef curry, mutton curry and fish curry.
Cook Kerala-style fish fry, chicken fry and other non-vegetarian dishes.Prepare South Indian breakfast items such as dosa, idli, appam, puttu, idiyappam, vada and upma.
Prepare Kerala snacks such as pazham pori, parippu vada, ullivada, unniyappam and cutlets.Maintain food quality, taste, portion size and presentation.
Keep the kitchen clean and follow proper hygiene and food-safety standards.
Manage ingredients efficiently and reduce food wastage.Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
