We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for an inbound voice process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into business prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Convert incoming leads into sales/business
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with potential customers when required
Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in customer service or voice process
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Sales-oriented mindset is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,236.72 - ₹30,095.73 per month
