Job Summary
We are looking for a Nursing Assistant Trainee to join our hospital team. The selected candidate will receive practical training and assist the nursing team in providing quality patient care under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and other basic daily activities.
Assist nurses with routine patient-care activities as instructed.
Help with patient positioning, transfers, and transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and comfort of patient beds and surroundings.
Observe patients and promptly report any changes or concerns to the assigned nurse.
Assist in maintaining patient-care supplies and equipment.
Follow infection-control, hygiene, safety, and hospital procedures.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
Provide courteous and compassionate support to patients and their attendants.
Work effectively with nurses and other hospital staff.
Complete assigned duties and training requirements responsibly.
Requirements
Qualification: Nursing Assistant / Healthcare Assistant course preferred. Freshers can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Previous hospital experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
