Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion:

Actively selling products, promoting brands, and executing promotional activities to meet sales targets.

Brand Presence:

Ensuring brand visibility and proper product placement within retail stores.

Merchandising:

Arranging visually appealing and effective product displays to attract customers.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining robust relationships with store managers and staff.

Market Intelligence:

Monitoring competitor sales strategies and collecting customer contact information to understand market needs.

Reporting:

Creating sales, needs analysis, and cost-benefit reports to inform strategy.

Training & Compliance:

Completing mandatory product and compliance training to stay updated on company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Sales and Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, communication,



and negotiation skills to persuade and build rapport with customers and staff.

Organization and Independence:

Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the products being sold, their features, and advantages.

Travel:

Willingness to travel to different locations to meet clients and visit retail stores.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, and potentially lift moderate weights for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
