Requirements & Experience:
Mandatory Minimum 6–8 years of teaching English in reputed Cambridge Schools (with Cambridge curricular experience – Cambridge Primary / Lower Secondary / Senior Secondary)
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience (HOD / Senior English Coordinator )
Robust knowledge of Cambridge pedagogy, assessment frameworks and curriculum standards
Experience in academic planning, teacher training, lesson observations, curriculum mapping and quality assurance
Excellent English communication skills – spoken & written
Ability to collaborate with leadership and drive academic results
Qualification:
Masters in English (M.A English) – Mandatory
B.Ed mandatory
Cambridge PDQ preferred
