Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

looking for an IT Recruiter / Hiring Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Understand technical JDs and match candidates with suitable roles.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and joining.
Manage multiple vacancies and maintain recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a robust IT talent pool.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
