ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Real Estate Intern, you will work closely with the team and gain hands-on exposure to the complete real estate business. The role combines research, customer interaction, sales support, business development, marketing and basic operations.

WHO CAN APPLY

· Students and fresh graduates interested in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development or Marketing.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

· Energetic, self-motivated and eager to learn.

· Positive at people interaction and relationship building.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones; comfortable using a PC/laptop.

· Interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Real Estate.

· Previous real estate experience is not required—attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & WORK ON
REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE

· Understand the Pune real estate market.

· Study projects, developers, locations, pricing, configurations and amenities.

· Study primary sales, resale and rental markets.

· Market research, trend analysis and reporting.
SALES & CLIENT HANDLING

· Interact with prospective buyers, tenants and property owners.

· Understand client requirements and preferences.

· Assist in property presentations and site visits.

· Learn negotiation,



objection handling and relationship management.

· Support the team in closing deals.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & LEAD GENERATION

· Identify current business prospects.

· Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels.

· Maintain and follow up with leads.

· Build long-term relationships with clients.

· Understand the complete lead-to-closure journey.
MARKETING & DIGITAL PRESENCE

· Create property listings and marketing content.

· Manage social media, WhatsApp and online property portals.

· Assist in designing creatives, videos and campaigns.

· Research competitors and market positioning.

· Contribute ideas for better outreach and branding.
OPERATIONS & CRM MANAGEMENT

· Maintain property and client databases.

· Track leads, follow-ups, site visits and requirements.

· Update CRM and prepare reports.

· Assist in documentation and inventory management.
INNOVATE & CONTRIBUTE

· Bring fresh ideas and new perspectives.

· Suggest improvements in marketing, operations, technology or customer experience.

· Take ownership of tasks and contribute to Phoenix Homes' growth.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
