Key Responsibilities
Own annual revenue and sales targets
Build enterprise sales pipeline and acquire new corporate clients
Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Develop strategic account plans
Build relationships with CXOs and senior HR/Benefits leaders
Sell employee healthcare, benefits, wellness and related solutions
Conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations and ROI discussion
Develop partnerships with brokers, consultants, TPAs and insurers
Drive cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts
Build, manage and mentor enterprise sales team
Maintain sales forecasts and pipeline discipline
Support business development and market expansion

Critical Requirements
14+ years overall sales experience
8+ years B2B enterprise sales
5+ years selling employee health perks, wellness, group health insurance, OPD or related solutions
Experience selling to CHROs, HR Heads, Advantages/Total Rewards, CFOs, CEOs and Procurement
Must be a solid hunter and closer
Must manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
Existing network of enterprise/CXO contacts in India




Experience selling to large and mid-market companies
Experience across GCC, IT/ITES, manufacturing, BFSI, pharma or similar sectors
5+ years experience in Health Insurance, Tech, TPA or healthcare insurance-related companies
Must have built and led a sales team of 5+ Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience
Excellent English communication, presentation and executive presence
Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai (Andheri)
2+ years per organization in recent employment history; no significant gaps
MBA preferred

Enterprise B2B Sales Leader with strong experience selling employee healthcare, group insurance, wellness or benefits solutions to Indian corporates.
