About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our secured lending team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) by identifying prospective clients, assessing their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan origination process. If you have a solid background in financial sales and a knack for building client relationships, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, market visits, developer tie-ups, and leveraging existing networks to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Consultation: Understand the customer's financial requirements, evaluate property profiles, and pitch tailored Loan Against Property solutions.
Financial Assessment: Conduct initial financial due diligence,



assess the customer's repayment capacity, and verify property documents to ensure eligibility.
Documentation & Processing: Guide clients through the application process, collect necessary KYC and financial documents, and coordinate with the credit and technical teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on both volume and yield.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-disbursal relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, encourage referrals, and minimize delinquency.
Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on competitor offerings, interest rates, and local real estate market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
