Technical Sales Associate – Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through industrial visits, customer meetings, and networking.
Promote and sell the company's engineering products and turnkey solutions to hospitals, industries, contractors, OEMs, and government organizations.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documents.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into purchase orders.
Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely project execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Visit project sites for technical discussions, inspections, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain CRM/customer database.




Support payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer events when required.

Required Skills:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Engineering Products (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
Valuable knowledge of industrial products, piping systems, gas equipment, or mechanical components.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare quotations and technical documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively across Uttarakhand and nearby regions.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Monthly sales revenue achievement.
Number of customer visits per month.
Current customer acquisition.
Quotation-to-order conversion ratio.
Timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Payment collection and outstanding recovery.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
