Position: Sr. Executive / Senior Manager – Offensive Security

Experience: 3–6 Years / 8+ Years

Job Overview

We are looking for Offensive Security professionals with solid hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). The role will focus on assessing enterprise security posture through controlled offensive security activities and validating the effectiveness of security controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute Red Team simulations, penetration tests and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.;
- Conduct security testing across applications, networks and identity systems.
- Identify, validate and document security vulnerabilities.
- Perform controlled adversary simulations to assess detection and response capabilities.
- Work closely with SOC, Network Security and XDR teams to improve detection coverage.




- Follow testing methodologies aligned with OWASP, NIST and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed security assessment reports and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and adversarial thinking while working collaboratively with multiple security teams.

Candidate Profile

- Strong practical experience in Offensive Security.
- Hands-on exposure to Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and BAS.
- Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK;, OWASP and NIST frameworks.
- Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SOC, IT and Security Engineering teams.
