Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and therapeutic interventions to patients with physical, developmental, neurological, and functional difficulties. The candidate will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and helping patients improve their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
- Assist patients in improving motor skills, coordination, balance, and mobility
- Provide therapy for children with developmental and sensory difficulties
- Support patients with neurological, orthopedic, and other functional conditions
- Monitor and document patients' progress and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home-based therapeutic activities and exercises
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals




- Maintain accurate and confidential patient treatment records
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of occupational therapy equipment
- Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
- Valid professional registration as applicable
- Good knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment techniques

Experience:

- 0–3 years preferred
- Freshers may also be considered based on skills and clinical knowledge

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
