Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Gurugram.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress to adjust rehabilitation goals. The role involves collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care,



as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation and providing education on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention design.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand diagnoses, comorbidities, and multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Pediatrics to support children with developmental, sensory, or functional needs.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting and manage caseloads efficiently.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
