Role Description The O2C Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mysore division. The analyst will manage Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of transactions.

Daily activities include monitoring customer accounts, resolving billing and payment discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams to address process issues, and maintaining detailed records in relevant systems.



The role also involves preparing routine reports, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Compensation for this role is approximately 5.5 LPA, aligned with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

- Experience (2 to 4 years) in O2C, accounts receivable, billing, or related finance operations, preferably in corporate or shared services environments.
- Strong skills in data entry, invoice processing, payment application, and account reconciliation, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or finance systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze transactional data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to handling queries and escalations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume transactions and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work in office in the Mysore division and collaborate in a structured, process-driven environment.
