Job Summary

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Head to manage and coordinate nursing activities at the center. The role requires strong leadership, clinical knowledge, staff coordination, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the nursing team and daily nursing activities.
- Plan duty schedules and ensure appropriate staff allocation.
- Monitor patient care and support smooth clinical operations.
- Guide nursing staff in following established clinical procedures.
- Ensure nursing records and documentation are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.
- Promote infection prevention and patient safety practices.
- Train, guide, and support nursing team members.
- Monitor nursing supplies and communicate requirements to management.
- Address routine nursing-related operational concerns.
- Support quality improvement activities within the nursing department.
- Ensure professional standards and center policies are followed.

Eligibility

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.




- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role.
- Experience in hospital, fertility, maternity, or women's healthcare settings is preferred.
