Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kushalnagar for a Non-IT Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, including workforce planning, creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

The recruiter will partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs, build effective hiring strategies, and ensure timely closure of open roles. Daily responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews,



maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with company values. The role also involves vendor management, participation in employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong non-IT recruiting capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Recruiting experience.
- Experience in Hiring processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting concepts (even if not primary focus) and the ability to distinguish between different role requirements.
- Proven experience in senior or lead recruiter roles, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industry environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and work with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
- Comfort using ATS/HRIS systems, job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and best practices in fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring.
