We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy NMT (Network Management Team) Engineer to join our Wireline / Airtel Xstream Fiber operations. If you have a strong grip on FTTH/GPON architectures, network monitoring, and fault management, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Network Monitoring &

- Operations: Proactively monitor wireline network performance, bandwidth utilization, and node health using advanced Network Management Systems (NMS).

Fault Management &

- Troubleshooting: Handle complex L1/L2 escalations, diagnose fiber link failures, latency bottlenecks, and ISP/Transmission issues to ensure minimum downtime.

FTTx / GPON Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end fiber network deployment, OLT/ONT configurations, link testing,



and integration of recent PoPs.

Vendor &

- Field Coordination: Coordinate closely with field engineering teams, fiber rollout partners, and SCM to close pending maintenance tasks and faults within strict TATs (Turnaround Time).

SLA &

- KPI Compliance: Ensure network uptime aligns with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Reporting &

- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of network incidents, root cause analyses (RCA), configuration backups, and daily operational reports
