What would you do? • Our team provides L1 and L1.5 support for an international IP services and products client by managing customer issues through ServiceNow including ticket creation triage diagnosis resolution customer updates and coordination with L2 and L3 teams NOCs field technicians and third party suppliers followed by communicating the resolution and Reason for Outage RFO to the customer • Looking for a candidate who has expertise in Networking and has good knowledge on fundamentals of Network • Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.

What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Problem Management • Strong TCP IP routing and switching fundamentals with hands on troubleshooting of MPLS DIA Voice and Wireless services using NMS platforms such as Netcool SolarWinds and Nagios for real time monitoring detection and analysis along with ServiceNow and Remedy ticketing and structured RCA methodology

Roles and Responsibilities: • Proficient in communication and able to clearly explain and articulate technical scenarios with expertise in telecom network domain LAN WAN VLAN VPN MPLS and SDWAN including L1 and L2 troubleshooting experience good transmission network knowledge incident management experience and willingness to learn ServiceNow ticketing knowledge is an added advantage along with experience in stakeholder management escalation management and people managementAny GraduationAbout Accenture
