Key Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of Routing & Switching.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and learning skills.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Work with LAN, WAN, VLAN, and wireless networking technologies.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols.
- Support network documentation, inventory management, and asset tracking
- Travel to client sites and data centre locations as required to support deployment,
maintenance, troubleshooting, and other operational activities.
- Demonstrate valuable troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
