Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor .NET development teams across multiple projects.
- Design and review scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
- Provide technical direction on C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Define coding standards, development practices, and technical guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
- Oversee application development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Promote automation, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.
- Monitor application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Participate in technology evaluations and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms.
- Manage technical deliverables, timelines, resources, and team priorities.
- Coach team members and support their professional and technical growth.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development,



with significant experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
- Robust hands-on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and scalable application development.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of microservices, containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
- Experience with distributed systems, messaging platforms, and event-driven architecture.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
