We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in interior design documentation and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

The candidate will work closely with our interior designers, architects, project managers, and site teams to convert design concepts into accurate working drawings, detailed layouts, and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed interior working drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Create accurate 3D interior models and presentations using SketchUp.
Develop and modify Revit models and drawings as required.
Prepare detailed drawings for furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall treatments, and other interior elements.
Translate interior designers' concepts and sketches into practical and detailed drawings.
Coordinate drawings with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and take measurements.
Update drawings based on site measurements, design revisions,



and client requirements.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain proper drawing revisions.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and ready for execution at site.
Coordinate with the execution team to resolve drawing-related issues.
Maintain organized project files and drawing documentation.
Deliver drawings and models within agreed project timelines.

Required Skills
AutoCAD: Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and interior working drawings.
SketchUp: Valuable knowledge of 3D modelling for residential and commercial interiors.
Revit: Good working knowledge of modelling and drawing documentation.
Strong understanding of interior detailing, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior execution details.
Ability to read and understand architectural and interior design drawings.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
