Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Junior Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to support business development and customer engagement for our Crane/ Marine & Port Components business. The role involves customer visits, identifying new business opportunities, understanding technical requirements, and promoting suitable products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and promote company products.
Develop and maintain relationships with crane owners, fleet operators, marine companies, port operators, contractors, and industrial customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate crane, marine, port, lifting, rigging, or related components.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support order closure.
Coordinate with internal technical, operations,



and supply chain teams for timely execution of orders.
Conduct market visits and identify potential customers and projects.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support the team in maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate must have 1–4 years of experience in B2B / industrial sales.
Should be technically inclined, confident in customer interactions, willing to travel, and passionate about building a career in industrial/technical sales.
Experience with crane, marine, port, or lifting-related products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
