Job Summary

The Bell Boy will be responsible for providing friendly and effective guest assistance throughout the guest journey. The role includes welcoming guests, handling luggage, assisting with check-in/check-out, escorting guests to their rooms, and supporting the Front Office team in maintaining a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
Assist guests with loading, unloading, carrying, and safely storing luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room facilities and hotel services.
Assist the Front Office team during guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest requests and coordinate with the concerned department for timely assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage area.
Assist guests with transportation, taxis, local directions, and other basic requirements.
Deliver guest luggage, messages, parcels, and other items to the appropriate rooms or departments.




Maintain proper records of luggage and ensure guest belongings are handled safely.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for smooth guest service.
Support the team during busy hours, events, and special guest arrivals.
Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, safety, and guest-service standards.
Report any guest complaint, lost item, maintenance issue, or unusual activity to the supervisor immediately.
Perform any other guest-service or operational duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, well-groomed, and guest-friendly personality.
Ability to handle luggage and stand/walk for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but freshers may also be considered.
Strong customer-service attitude and willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
