Operate CNC, VMC, drilling, milling, grinding, or other machine shop equipment as assigned.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure product quality meets specified standards.
Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and complete shift documentation.
Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
Meet daily production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
Work effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of machine shop operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
Familiarity with measuring instruments.
Valuable mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
