The Insurance Operations Executive deals with end-to-end Insurance operations - precisely Non-Motor Insurance Segment (including Marine, Fire, GMC, GPA). Candidate will keep track of the Quotations, Documentation, transactions, renewals, and other activities in regards of executing the non-motor insurance policies. Candidate will take care of and help clients in their policies, endorsements as well as onboarding. Candidate may need to converse with RMs of the Insurance Companies (Existing relationships with the RMs are highly appreciated). This is done to ensure that operations run smoothly.

● Generate quotations for all non-motor insurances including Recent, Rollover & Renewals, as well as, filling up of the proposal forms

● Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client expectations

● Manage the end-to-end operations in terms of Open-Marine declarations as well as the issuance of specific marine certifications

● Manage end-to-end transactions & processes in terms of GPA, and GMC

● Timely updation of the software and be compliant with the same.





● Manage the refund processes in Marine insurance if any persists

● Performing routine research on customer inquiries, feedbacks, and grievances.

● Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of

all products, services and processes performed by the team. Manage and maintain prospects.

● Identify and audit existing insurances with clients through the reports and documentation.

● Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
