We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for working with young children and the ability to create a protected, engaging, and stimulating learning setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor and record each child’s development and progress
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child performance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Support daycare routines including meals, nap time, and hygiene
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
Creativity in teaching methods and activities
Classroom management skills
Basic understanding of child psychology
Qualifications:
Graduate (any field)
Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Freshers with passion for teaching can also apply
Experience:
0–3 years in preschool/daycare (preferred but not mandatory)
