Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for TallyPrime/Tally ERP users. The candidate will assist customers with software installation, troubleshooting, accounting-related queries, GST issues, and product training.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot TallyPrime/Tally ERP software.
Provide customer support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits when required.
Resolve issues related to accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and data synchronization.
Assist clients with data backup, restoration, and migration.




Guide customers on Tally features and best practices.
Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
Prepare daily support reports and maintain customer records.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of TallyPrime/Tally ERP.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and inventory.
Familiarity with MS Excel and Windows.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer queries.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
