We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and client acquisition across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:B2B Sales:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers in target industries.
Create and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with business clients.
Generate qualified leads, set up discovery meetings, and support the sales team with warm handovers.
Maintain robust follow-up to nurture client relationships and close deals.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns for business clients.
B2C Sales:
Conduct outreach via social platforms,
email, and phone to attract individual customers.
Explain product/service offerings clearly and confidently to drive conversions.
Handle inquiries, follow up with interested leads, and provide excellent customer experience.
Manage and track individual consumer leads via CRM or internal tools.
