Role Overview

We're looking for a highly creative Senior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and deliver results. You'll own the post-production process for our clients' brands and our own—from social media reels and performance ads to promotional films, brand videos, and explainers. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-quality video content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns
Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, brand films, and performance ad creatives
Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate creative briefs into impactful video content
Perform colour correction, colour grading, sound balancing, and post-production finishing
Organize and manage video assets, project files, and editing workflows efficiently
Ensure all video deliverables meet platform specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards
Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and social media content formats




Mentor junior video editors or interns when required
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional creative quality

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for video assets and thumbnails
Solid portfolio showcasing reels, promotional videos, advertisements, corporate films, and social media content
Experience creating high-performing content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and performance marketing campaigns
Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography, and visual composition
Experience with colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, and post-production workflows
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation principles
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Solid time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and emerging video trends across digital platforms

Pay: ₹14,538.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
