Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanics and daily workshop activities.
Prepare daily job charts and allocate work to employees.
Monitor vehicle dismantling, parts removal, and scrap segregation.
Track job progress and ensure timely completion.
Monitor mechanic productivity, attendance, and work quality.
Ensure proper handling and storage of reusable car parts.
Maintain workshop tools, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Prepare daily work reports for management.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an automobile workshop, garage, or scrap vehicle industry.
Basic knowledge of cars, mechanical parts, and dismantling.
Valuable team-handling and communication skills.
Ability to prepare job charts and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
