Job Description – Business Development Lead /Manager

Location: Panipat, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:-
Identify, develop, and close recent business opportunities in the Healthcare IT sector.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
Conduct product presentations, software demonstrations, and client meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, channel partners, and technology partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent business prospects.
Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:-
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.




Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales and leadership or senior business development role.
Prior experience in Healthcare IT, HealthTech, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Digital Health is highly preferred.
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales and consultative selling.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and hospital workflows.
Willingness to travel as required.
