Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the packing team.
Check daily packing work and ensure timely completion.
Make sure products are packed properly and safely.
Check the quantity and quality of packed products.
Maintain packing material and stock records.
Allocate work to packing staff.
Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the packing area.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team.
Report daily packing work to the senior management.
Handle packing-related problems and find quick solutions.
Ensure company rules and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in packing or warehouse work.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of stock and packing processes.
Able to manage a team and complete work on time.
Responsible, disciplined and hardworking.
