Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
Build rapport and maintain skilled client relationships
Follow up with prospects and drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to generate the highest possible revenue
Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Previous experience in International sales, BPO and call closing preferred
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
